Marie: I'm a lecturer in child care. I'm working with Little Seeds programme for Early Learning Centres. They have Level 1,4 and 5 training programmes, which help even low literate people to manage a learning programme at a E.L.C.
Child Care Review Pros and Cons
Pros: It was God centred programme which included daily devotions and has pictures to help the low literate people to grasp the essence of the lesson.Cons: One has to work out your own theme lessons using all the skills you have been taught. Language barrier in certain areas. Western Cape people cannot speak English and so the programme has to be translated in Afrikaans.
