Child Care Review Pros and Cons
Pros: The physical facility is top-notch.Cons: 1) Critical communication to parents was missing; and, 2) management judgment and respect for teachers and parents was seemingly misplaced.
Features and Comments
Features: Monthly cost was about $880 a month.Comments: We supported daycare for years, but pulled our youngest child after issues within the toddler suite. A teacher took action around our child's daily maintenance that caused increased skin rashes. These actions were not reported to us by the teacher or management for months. When this did come to light, management admitted no wrong-doing, didn't apologize, and did not discipline the teacher. This was raised to the district level, where we were issued an apology, but no real corrective action was taken.
