Tracy: I found this organization through a friend who uses Cultural Care Au Pair. They provide an affordable, live-in, flexible child care option. They do all of the background screening, training and support of the au pair. They are fantastic with their ongoing support for the families.

Pros: Au pairs are well screened, interviewed and trained by Cultural Care. Ongoing support. Affordable. Flexible.Cons: This may not be the perfect option for everyone. It is sad to say goodbye to the au pair you have fallen in love with (at 2 years if you extend).
