Tracy: I found this organization through a friend who uses Cultural Care Au Pair. They provide an affordable, live-in, flexible child care option. They do all of the background screening, training and support of the au pair. They are fantastic with their ongoing support for the families.

Child Care Review Pros and Cons

Pros: Au pairs are well screened, interviewed and trained by Cultural Care. Ongoing support. Affordable. Flexible.

Cons: This may not be the perfect option for everyone. It is sad to say goodbye to the au pair you have fallen in love with (at 2 years if you extend).

Features and Comments

Features: Cost is aoprox.$340/week (which includes the program fees and weekly stipend).

Dates attended: Currently using service (submitted October 2009).
