Child Exercise Comes In Many Forms

The National Association for Sport and Physical Education (NASPE) recommends that toddlers should have 30 minutes a day of adult-guided activity as a child exercise. Preschoolers (ages 3-5) need at least one hour of child exercise. And, the best part of all is that simple unstructured fun like playing tag, riding to the park, or actively playing on playground equipment counts as child exercise!
