Your Child vs. Your Child Care Provider: A Match or Clash?
Friday December 26, 2008
I receive e-mails from time to time from both parents and child care providers discussing how personalities greatly determine whether a particular care arrangement is a match or a miss. Type of child care, location, cost, hours of operation, and a child's safety and well-being are important criteria. But don't overlook the personality factor as well (and don't be surprised if a family care provider considers the same). Here are things to consider before making a final childcare decision.
