I received my first "cold season" alert in my child's take-home packet this week. It seems like colds and coughs are on the rise with the cooler weather setting in, and teachers are asking parents to help reinforce basic hand washing and covering coughs. We're going to have a family "sneeze into the crook of your arm" practice session this weekend!
