Wanted: Qualified Teen Babysitters

I have a hypothetical "help wanted" sign outside my front door begging for qualified teen babysitters to watch my precious, imperfect brood. I absolutely love the high-energy and enthusiasm that teen babysitters bring to my home when they watch my kids. It's the lack of experience, and sometimes basic training, that gives me pause. With summer approaching, it's time now for teens interested in finding babysitting jobs to get trained and to get the word out. I have one teen whom I adore, and she's my best-kept secret so that she'll always have time for my family!
