12 States Participate In State Sales Tax Holiday Weekends

Lucky parents residing in one of 12 participating states should mark the calendar of the upcoming 2004 "Sales Tax Holiday Weekends." These weekends offer sales tax exemptions for certain back-to-school related purchases.
