Operation Child Care Provides Short-Term Care For National Guard and Reserve

Sunday June 6, 2004
The Nation's Network of Child Care Resource and Referral has announced Operation Child Care, a program that supports short-term child care for service members of the National Guard and Reserve. Child care providers from across the U.S. are supporting service members returning home on leave by donating a minimum of four hours--and often much more--of care to take care of family business, enjoy an evening out with a spouse, or other activities. Interested service members should contact Child Care Aware for more information and locations.
